LARS TORJUSSON​

 

Was born 1971 in Oslo, Norway. I studied Art at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Milan, and at Oslo Tegne og Maleskole. The end of my student-years was in 1998, and have been painting since then. Through the years I also been working as a graphic designer for different publishers and advertising-Agencies in Oslo.

          I am mainly inspired by abstract expressionism and pop art. I would try to make a mix of them. Some days I even think of the impressionist as I paint with the natures own elements in mind. ​Anyhow my pictorial 
expression during the years, has turned out to be dominated by the non-figurative, but motivs are also presented in my canvases.
